newly renovated hotel, all of the staff were top-class and very well mannered, stunning location to other ski resorts within the niseko system. location near the rental shop at 9 am, and other snow bound activities.

Small gym with room for improvement. Staff provides excellent service, including personal check-ins by the GM. Karen is a standout. Ski-in, ski-out option. On-site onsen. Delicious Japanese food. Quiet room with comfy bed. Generous late check-out offer during low season. Reception offers sledding for guests. Limited activities during low season due to melting snow.

Beautiful view of Mt Yotei and excellent location for skiing. The ski school being right next door made it very convenient. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes. The onsen was a relaxing experience. I recommend this hotel for a ski trip.
