Brilliant location right by the ski slope. Absolutely fantastic & luxury room with direct view of mt yotei.
Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The hotel has a secluded location to ski Gondola fantastic. And it's just off the transport, and Hirafu and Kutchan Train Station.
Just normal breakfast, it should be way much better.

The location of the hotel was remote, adjacent to " night life " in Hirafu and most restaurants and charming Otaru, an ancient fishing port city with historic buildings remodeled for 'tourist' use-choose mountain road.

By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Niseko, had much fun and met very approachable staff on board on making me feel valued as a Diamond member. The room was luxury and absolutely fantastic with mt yotei view, just what I needed. This great hotel was in secluded location in 3 different cafes.

Stunning, wonderful location in Niseko Village Ski district close enough to gondola, ski hire and lift pass shop, nearby shops/restaurants and the wonderland chair lift out. Breakfast with a great view of the snow, crab legs and great selections of food.

The location is magnificent and perfect for exploring Niseko. The rooms are newly remodelled and large and the buffet breakfast offered has good choice of dishes.

Spectacular mountain views. Must-try Onsen. Ice cubes available at the gift shop. Deluxe room highly recommended. Extensive breakfast buffet. Conveniently close to gondolas. Small gym with room for improvement. Staff provides excellent service, including personal check-ins by the GM. Karen is a standout. Ski-in, ski-out option. On-site onsen. Delicious Japanese food. Quiet room with comfy bed. Generous late check-out offer during low season. Reception offers sledding for guests. Limited activities during low season due to melting snow.

The hotel staff spoke excellent English. Also, a Ms. Iwata was very helpful in arranging for the shuttle bus from jr Sapporo Station to Hilton Niseko Village. I learned from the hotel's website the night before leaving for Hilton Niseko Village that requests for the shuttle from jr Sapporo Station should be made 3 days in advance. Fortunately, there was space on the shuttle for my group of 13 adults and actually turned out that we were the ones on the shuttle and it was perfect for my group and our 13 overnight bags! Ms. Iwata also arranged to charter a bus and driver for my group on departure day to take us from Hilton Niseko Village to our Noboribetsu Onsen hotel for a very reasonable fee (turned out to be cheaper than going by jr trains!). Ms. Iwata also was able to send some personal clothing (that one of my tour members forgot in her room's drawers) to arrive in time to our Hakodate hotel by courier (payment upon delivery). Outstanding service!!!

We were amazed by the stunning view from our room at Hilton. It was truly breathtaking and gave us a feeling of serenity and peace. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, although it could have been better stocked at times. The staff was friendly and accommodating, doing their best to make our stay memorable. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall we had a pleasant experience at Hilton and would recommend it to others.
