The room cleanliness needs significant improvement!!! I encountered issues with outdated furniture and an unpleasant odor in the restroom!!! Also, the restaurant prices are outrageous for basic food selections!!! More dining options needed!!!

The Hilton offered exceptional views of Mount Yotei from my room, enhancing my work stay significantly. The staff was professional and helped efficiently with my business needs, including setting up presentation equipment. The breakfast provided a diverse selection, featuring both Western and Japanese options, which catered well to varied tastes. The onsen also provided a nice, relaxing experience after long working hours.
